Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $175 ship free within the US. Orders under $175 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us immediately at tyvellwashington@gmail.com — we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working toward — stay tuned!

Are your products high quality?
Every single product in our store is hand-selected by us. We only carry items we'd use ourselves — if it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't make the cut.

Do products come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties apply where available. If you experience a defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll take care of it.
