30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with any Everyday Gems product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Gift sets must be returned with all three components (pillowcase, eye mask, and scrunchie).
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- For hygiene reasons, eye masks that have been worn cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@everydaygems.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship your item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately — no return required.
