Our return policy

  • 30-day returns — You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition — unopened packaging, no signs of wear or use.
  • Sale items are final sale — discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

Email us at tyvellwashington@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, please reach out immediately with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return shipping required.
